Ce'Aira Brown and Megan Mansy, both members of HOKA ONE ONE New Jersey New York Track Club, placed first and second in the women's mile in 4:36.94 and 4:37.59 at the HOKA ONE ONE Santa Barbara Elite Miles and 50K at Santa Barbara City College's La Playa Stadium. Brown and Mansy produced the top two outdoor mile times in the world this year.
